Out of control is an unwanted feeling. Often starting in our minds and taking over our bodies. It starts to consume your entire being. What causes this and how do we make it go away. Fleeing our mind from unruly pain. Thoughts so terrible doing everything you can to make them disappear. If unleashed, how badly will our body react? Will we lose all self control?
